Chapter 440 Vital Statistics
NRS 440.730 False certification of cause of death by physician.

NRS 440.730 False certification of cause of death by physician. If any physician knowingly makes a false certification of the cause of death in any case, the physician shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250.
