NRS 439B.460 Director authorized to delegate powers and duties.
NRS 439B.460 Director authorized to delegate powers and duties. The Director may delegate:
1. Any of the Director's powers or duties pursuant to this chapter to the Administrator of the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy of the Department.
2. Any of the Department's powers or duties pursuant to this chapter to the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy.
