NRS 218A.950 Unlawful alteration of proposed legislative measure.
NRS 218A.950 Unlawful alteration of proposed legislative measure. A person who fraudulently alters the draft of any bill or resolution which has been presented for enactment or adoption to either House of the Legislature, with the intent to procure its enactment or adoption by either House in language different from that intended by the House, is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
