Chapter 145 Summary Administration of Estates
NRS 145.080 Close of administration and distribution.
NRS 145.080 Close of administration and distribution. The administration of the estate may be closed and distribution made at any time after the expiration of the time for the personal representative to act on the claims, if it appears to the court that all the debts of the estate, expenses and charges of administration and allowances to the family, if any, have been paid, and the estate is in condition to be finally settled.
