POLYGRAPHIC EXAMINATIONS
- 648.183 - Polygraphic examination must meet minimum standards and be administered by licensed person before considered or accepted into evidence.
- 648.185 - Approval of polygraph required; conditional approval.
- 648.187 - Person examined must be advised of right to refuse to answer incriminating or degrading questions.
- 648.189 - Explanation of purpose of examination; consent; prohibited purposes.
- 648.191 - Technique for conducting examination.
- 648.193 - Inquiries into examinee’s religion, political affiliation, sexual activities or affiliation with labor organization prohibited; exception.
