618.495 - Deposition of witnesses.

618.495  Deposition of witnesses.  In an investigation the Division may cause depositions of witnesses residing within or without the State to be taken in the manner prescribed by law and Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure for taking depositions in civil actions in courts of record.
