Chapter 152 - Partition Before Discharge
152.070 - Notice of time for partition.

152.070  Notice of time for partition.  The commissioners shall notify all persons interested in the partition, their guardians, agents or attorneys, of the time when they will proceed to make partition, or the court, in the order of appointment, may fix the time.
