Chapter 8 BANKS AND BANKING
8-2105 Out-of-state bank; branches; limitation.

8-2105. Out-of-state bank; branches; limitation.

No out-of-state bank shall be permitted to establish or acquire a branch located in this state without engaging in an interstate merger transaction or as provided in subsection (3) of section 8-2104.
