28-355 Denial of essential services, defined.

28-355. Denial of essential services, defined.

Denial of essential services shall mean that essential services are denied or neglected to such an extent that there is actual physical injury to a vulnerable adult or imminent danger of the vulnerable adult suffering physical injury or death.
