Section 80-325
Administrator of Nebraska veterans homes; qualifications.

The administrator of the Nebraska veterans homes shall be a licensed nursing home administrator licensed under sections 71-6053 to 71-6068. Qualified applicants for the position of administrator who were discharged or otherwise separated with a characterization of honorable from the armed forces of the United States during a period of war as defined in section 80-401.01 shall be given a preference over other applicants.
