Section 71-8243Centers; categorized; agreements required.
Designated trauma centers and rehabilitation centers that receive trauma patients shall be categorized according to designation under the Statewide Trauma System Act. All levels of centers shall have agreements for transfer with higher-level and lower-level centers, as appropriate, to facilitate a seamless patient-flow system.
