Section 71-7601
Access to physician services and health care reform; legislative intent.

(1) It is the intent of the Legislature that the state and the health care industry cooperate to ensure that all medicaid patients have statewide access to physician services.

(2) It is the intent of the Legislature to work with the Governor's Blue Ribbon Task Force and Interagency Council on Medicaid to progress toward a long-term solution for health care reform.
