Section 71-7002Statewide program; department; establish.
For purposes of early screening for and detection of breast cancer and cervical cancer, the department may establish a statewide program providing mammography screening and definitive diagnostic procedures as provided in sections 71-7001.01 and 71-7003 to 71-7011. The department may provide information about the program to potentially eligible women and mammography suppliers under its auspices through public and private health and community-based organizations.
