Lead-based paint professions; certificate; renewal; continuing competency requirements.

Any individual certified in any of the lead-based paint professions prescribed in the Residential Lead-Based Paint Professions Certification Act, as a condition for certificate renewal, shall complete continuing competency activities as required by the department pursuant to section 71-6321.
