Section 71-6111
Department; enforcement and disciplinary powers.

The department shall have the power to enforce the Occupational Therapy Practice Act and to deny, revoke, or suspend any license to practice as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant issued by the department or applied for in accordance with section 71-6108 or to otherwise discipline a licensee on the grounds as specified in sections 71-147 and 71-148 and in the manner provided in the Uniform Licensing Law.
