Section 71-5180Rules, regulations, and orders under prior law; effect.
All rules, regulations, and orders relating to the Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Act, the First Responders Emergency Rescue Act, and sections 71-5101 to 71-5165 which were adopted or issued prior to July 1, 1998, shall continue to be effective until amended or repealed by rule or regulation adopted pursuant to the Emergency Medical Services Act.
