Section 71-1748Certified nurse midwife, defined.
Certified nurse midwife shall mean a person certified under the Nebraska Certified Nurse Midwifery Practice Act to practice certified nurse midwifery in the State of Nebraska. Nothing in the act is intended to restrict the practice of registered nurses.
