Section 71-3,100
Registration as guest artist or guest body artist; requirements.

Applicants for registration as guest artists or guest body artists shall show evidence of licensure in another jurisdiction or other evidence as directed by the board sufficient to demonstrate that they possess education or experience of benefit to licensed or registered practitioners and are under the sponsorship of a licensed cosmetology establishment or cosmetologist for guest artists or a licensed body art facility or person licensed to practice body art for guest body artists.
