2006 Nebraska Revised Statutes - § 71-363 — Person, defined.

Section 71-363
Person, defined.

Person shall mean any individual, firm, partnership, limited liability company, corporation, company, association, joint-stock association, or similar entity and shall include any trustee, receiver, assignee, or personal representative thereof.
