2006 Nebraska Revised Statutes - § 71-359 — Instructor, defined.

Section 71-359
Instructor, defined.

Instructor shall mean a person licensed under the Nebraska Cosmetology Act to teach any or all of the practices of cosmetology in a school of cosmetology or an apprentice salon.
