Section 71-1,349Rules and regulations.
The board, with the approval of the department, shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations regarding the licensing, conduct, and practice of acupuncturists. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act. The rules and regulations regarding conduct which constitutes sufficient grounds for revocation or suspension of a license or other disciplinary measures shall be deemed to constitute unprofessional conduct under subdivision (10) of section 71-147.
