Section 71-1,333
Certificates; license; issuance.

(1) The department shall issue a certificate, signed by the director, to each person who is qualified to be a certified master social worker, certified social worker, certified professional counselor, or certified marriage and family therapist.

(2) The department shall issue a license, signed by the director, to each person who is qualified to be a licensed mental health practitioner.
