Section 71-1,206.12
Board; powers; duties.

In addition to the powers and duties granted the board, the board, with the approval of the department, shall adopt and promulgate all rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the Constitution of Nebraska and the laws of Nebraska, that are reasonably necessary for the proper performance of its duties and regulation of proceedings before it. The board, with the approval of the department, shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations regarding conduct for the practice of psychology. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted in conformance with the Administrative Procedure Act. The rules and regulations regarding conduct which are sufficient grounds for revocation or suspension of a license or other disciplinary measures shall be adopted by the board and approved by the department as constituting unprofessional conduct under subdivision (10) of section 71-147.
