Section 71-1,132.37Practical nursing; license; application; requirements.
An applicant for a license to practice as a licensed practical nurse shall file with the department a written application for a license which shall include the applicant's social security number, pay the fee established as provided in section 71-162, and submit satisfactory proof that the applicant:
(1) Is of good moral character;
(2) Has completed four years of high school study or its equivalent as determined by the board; and
(3) Has completed the basic curriculum in and holds a diploma from an approved program of nursing.
