Section 71-144
Reciprocal licenses or certificates; rules; power of department.

The department, with the consent of the appropriate professional board, shall have power to establish the necessary rules, not inconsistent with the law, to carry out the reciprocal relations with other states which are authorized in the Uniform Licensing Law.
