Section 71-143
Reciprocal licenses or certificates; practical work; special examinations.

In those professions requiring a practical examination in connection with the admission of applicants from other states without general examination, if the appropriate professional board is not expected to be in session within thirty days, the department may ask at least one-third of that board to give a special examination and may fix reasonable compensation therefor in addition to traveling expenses.
