Section 71-142
Reciprocal licenses or certificates; retaliatory refusal of admission; power of department.

Where the licensing authority in any other state shall refuse to accept applicants from Nebraska who are qualified to be admitted under the laws of that state, and have been properly certified by the Department of Health and Human Services Regulation and Licensure of this state, then the department may decline to admit without examination licensees from that state.
