Section 58-325
Authority; annual report; audits.

The authority shall, following the close of each fiscal year, submit an annual report of its activities for the preceding year to the Governor and the Clerk of the Legislature of this state. Each member of the Legislature shall receive a copy of such report by making a request for it to the chairperson of the authority. Each report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement for the authority during the fiscal year it covers.

An independent certified public accountant shall at least once each year audit the books and accounts of the authority.

At least once every three years, an independent certified public accountant qualified and experienced in evaluating investments shall audit and evaluate the investment transactions of the authority and submit a report of his or her findings to the Governor and the Clerk of the Legislature.
