Section 58-311Authority; officers; expenses.
The members shall elect from among their number a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, and such other officers as they may determine. They shall receive no compensation for their services but shall receive reimbursement for actual, necessary, and reasonable expenses incurred in the discharge of their official duties, including mileage at the rate provided in section 81-1176 for state employees.
