Section 58-307
Small business, defined.

Small business shall mean a business which is independently owned and operated, which has fewer than one hundred employees, and which is not controlled directly or indirectly by any person or corporation providing money deposited in the Small Business Investment Fund. Small business shall not include farming, ranching, or raising of livestock.
