Section 37-4,111
Permit to take paddlefish; regulation and limitation by commission; issuance; fee.

The commission may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to permit the taking of paddlefish. The commission may, pursuant to section 37-327, establish and charge a nonrefundable application fee of not less than five dollars and not more than ten dollars. Permits, as authorized by the commission, shall be awarded by random drawing to eligible applicants. No permit fee shall be charged in addition to the nonrefundable application fee.
