Section 37-4,103Raptors; violations; penalty.
Any person violating any provision of sections 37-497 to 37-4,102 shall be guilty of a Class IV misdemeanor, and, in addition, the court shall require that any raptor or raptors in the possession of the offender be confiscated and the license of the offender be revoked.
