Section 32-1022
Precinct counting; rejection of ballot not appropriately initialed.

Before counting any votes, the counting board shall examine each ballot. If any ballot is not appropriately initialed as provided in section 32-916, the counting board shall reject the ballot and make the following notation on the ballot: Rejected, not properly initialed.
