Treatment for child sexual abuse victims provided by family services, when.

660.525. The division of family services may provide treatment services for child sexual abuse victims in instances where the perpetrator is not listed in section 210.110, RSMo, as a person responsible for the care, custody and control of the child, if treatment funds are available and such treatment services are requested by the family of the child.
