Chapter 285 Employers and Employees Generally
285.110. Penalty for violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110.
Penalty for violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110.
285.110. Any employer found guilty of a violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110 shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more than one thousand dollars for each offense.
