Acquisition of waivers--rulemaking, procedure.

208.507. The division of family services shall make such application as necessary to receive federal waiver(s) and shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of sections 208.500 to 208.507. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this section shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
