Promulgation of rules, authority for, consultation with council.
192.742. The department, in consultation with the Missouri head injury advisory council, shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 192.735 to 192.744, pursuant to the provisions of section 192.006 and chapter 536, RSMo.
