2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 547.250. — Forfeiture, where certified.

547.250. If the forfeiture of the recognizance is taken in the supreme court, the same shall be certified back to the court in which the judgment was rendered; and the supreme court, in such case, and in case the defendant breaks jail, shall proceed to determine the cause, and issue a capias if necessary.
