2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 545.810. — Defendant granted reasonable time to plead.
545.810. The defendant in an indictment or information in a court of record, shall not be required to plead thereto until he shall have had a reasonable time in which to examine the same and to prepare his pleading.
