2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 490.700. — Courts to take judicial notice of population.
490.700. The courts of this state shall take judicial notice, without proof, of the population of all cities in this state according to the last enumeration of the inhabitants thereof, state, federal or municipal, made under or pursuant to any law of this state or of the United States.
