2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 490.280. — Instruments under repealed law.

490.280. Every instrument of writing conveying or affecting real estate, and the certificate of the acknowledgment or proof thereof, made in pursuance of any law in force at the time of such acknowledgment or proof, but afterward repealed, shall be evidence to the same extent, and with like effect, as if such law remained in full force.
