2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 473.173. — Bond of joint executors or administrators.

473.173. When two or more persons are appointed executors or administrators of the same estate and are required to give a bond, the court may require either a separate bond from each or one bond from all of them, and none shall act or intermeddle in the estate except those giving bond as required by the court.
