2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 276.150. — Violation a misdemeanor.

276.150. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating any provision of sections 276.090 to 276.150 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined for each offense not less than one thousand dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars.
