79-29-921 - Merger.

§ 79-29-921. Merger.
 

(1)  If all the members of the disappearing and surviving limited liability companies are qualified to be members of the surviving limited liability company, a professional limited liability company may merge with another domestic or foreign professional limited liability company or with a domestic or foreign limited liability company. 

(2)  If the surviving limited liability company is to render professional services in this state, it must comply with this article.
