11-55-15 - Actions to which chapter applies.

§ 11-55-15. Actions to which chapter applies.
 

This chapter shall apply to any suit or claim or defense or appeal filed or perfected subsequent to the effective date of this chapter. It shall also apply to any suit or claim or defense or appeal which has been filed or perfected prior to the effective date of this act and which is not dismissed within one hundred eighty (180) days after the effective date of this chapter [July 1, 1988].
