11-51-87 - Copy of record to be transmitted.

§ 11-51-87. Copy of record to be transmitted.
 

    The justice court judge may prepare and certify his record to the following effect, viz.:
 


    "Copy of the record of the proceedings before ________, a justice court judge of ________ county, in the case therein set forth, to wit: (here copy the entries on the docket and certify as follows, viz.:)

    "State of Mississippi, ________ County:

    "I, ________, a justice court judge of the said county, certify that the foregoing is a copy of the record of the proceedings before me in the case stated therein, as appears on my docket.

    "Given under my hand, this the ________ day of ________, A.D. ________.

                                                           __________________

                                                          Justice Court Judge"
