§ 11-5-113. Provisions applicable to all sales made by order or decree of the court.
 

All the provisions of this chapter on the subject of sales shall apply to all sales of real estate under any decree in the chancery court made in matters testamentary and of administration, minors' business, cases of persons with mental retardation, persons with mental illness and persons of unsound mind, of partition, and all other matters.
