§ 11-23-27. Form of a claimant's affidavit.
 

    A claimant's affidavit may be in the following form, viz.:
 


    State of Mississippi, ________ County:

    "Before me, ________ , a justice of the peace of said county, ________ makes oath that a certain ________ [here describe the property], levied on by virtue of an execution in favor of ________ against ________ , issued by ________ , a justice of the peace of said county, on the ________ day of ________ , A. D. ________ , and now in the hands of ________ , a ________ of ________ county, under said execution, is the property of affiant, and is not the property of ________ .

    "Sworn to and subscribed before me, ________ , A. D. ________ ________ , J. P."
