Section 169.727 Unsafe Tires; Misdemeanor
169.727 UNSAFE TIRES; MISDEMEANOR.
Any person who violates the provisions of sections 169.721 to 169.727 or any rule promulgated pursuant thereto is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
