Section 423C.12 RIGHT TO REDUCE PENSIONS.
423C.12 RIGHT TO REDUCE PENSIONS.
The relief association has the right and retains the right to reduce the amount of pensions and
benefits paid from its special fund and to reduce and otherwise adjust those pensions and benefits.
For any pension or benefit that was reduced, the relief association has the right and retains the
right to increase or otherwise adjust these pensions or benefits within the limits of this chapter.
